DIY – How to Replace a Fence Panel

January 9, 2012 § Leave a comment

One of the easiest ways to erect a garden fence is with the use of fence panels.  These generally come in 8′ x 6′ panels and it’s simply a matter of concreting in some posts and then attaching the panels.

But what do you do if one of the panels gets damaged?  Over time, as with all things, panels and posts wear and rot and if a post becomes loose then it can split the panel when it moves about.  The good thing is it is easy to replace a panel and a post, so you won’t have to be thinking about erecting a whole new fence,  but rather just the single panel and post that is damaged.

So how easy is it to replace a fence panel?  Very easy!!  The guide below provides you with step-by-step instructions to help you get this DIY job done with ease…
