The guttering on your home is designed to channel water away from the fascia boards and brickwork on your home.  Next time it rains just take a walk around your home and check to see if any of the guttering joints are leaking.  Generally it starts off with just a few drips and this may not seem like much of a problem, but if you leave it, it’ll turn into a stream of water that can do a lot of damage to your home.
