DIY – How to Insulate an Attic

Did you know that up to 45% of your heating can be lost through your attic if it is not properly insulated?  Now that’s an astounding figure!  Just imagine how much money this is costing you every year.  Think for a moment how much energy you are wasting every year.

So if you are interested in cutting down the amount you spend on heating your home, take a look in your attic and see if it’s properly insulated.  There are only two reasons why you may not want to insulate your attic properly…

1. You’re mega wealthy and so you’ve got money to waste and;

2. You don’t give a rats ass about saving energy or the environment in which you and your children live

Now these two may seem a bit harsh but you really should care!  Now we already know you are a good egg because you are reading this, so that tells us you are interested in saving money and you do care about saving energy and the environment… so just for you, we’ve written an easy to follow DIY guide to help you.
